Our Mission
Vision
We have been in the online retail space for many years and have noticed that there are more and more web services that are made to help make your business more efficient, which is good, but each one requires its own subscription and each have minimum prices or expering credits. We want to do things differently.
Our aim is to keep adding more services to our platform, so we can be a one stop shop for all of your e-commerce tools, all at the same low price. Our service has no expiring credits, no surcharges for paying monthly and no service contracts. If you decide to leave us we'll even help you take your data with you, or store it for later usage, its your data afterall.
We do have a fair usage policy on our two main subscription packages as some of the services have a cost associated (for example the postcode look up system), but we will contact you if we think you need to upgrade your subscription package and work with you to make sure you get what you need for the best possible price.
Our current plans
Channelrunner has been set live with services we have been using and have trialed and tested for many years. We have already had some clients request new services they would like to see on our system and we are working towards adding them, we always invite our clients to send us feedback and suggestions so we continue to improve our offerings.

We don't have a system for trials, however if after signing up you are not happy, we offer a full refund within 30 days of subscription for the starter and Professional packages.How does the API printing work
API Printing allows you to print to any computer you have installed our Channel Runner Desktop application with minimal fuss, it works either directly via our API, via one of our official plugins or via our web control panel. It can print html, pdf, images, esc/pos (till printers), and RAW (eg zpl or cpl depending on your printer)How do I share my Account?
When logged in, visit your account section in the dashboard, click on profile and click the add [ + ] button in the Team members section, enter their email address and which permissions you wish them to be able to access.What is the Fair usage policy.
We don't have specific numbers set on the policy as we are trying to keep it as open as possible for everybody, but the policy will depend on the amount of traffic you are sending our server and the number of premium services (such as the postcode lookup), In general if your a small business sending out around 50 orders a day you should be fine on the starter package, but we'll contact you if we think your on the wrong plan, but will do our best to make it work.
